Apple ရဲ့ ေနာက္ဆံုုးထြက္ iPhone OS 3.1.2 ကုုိ Jailbreak လုုပ္တဲ့နည္းကိုု ေရးျပသြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အရင္ 3.0 မွာတုုန္းကသံုုးခဲ့တဲ့ Dev Team ရဲ့ redsn0w ကုုိ သံုုးမွာ မဟုုတ္ပဲ GeoHot ရဲ့ blackra1n (Black Rain) ကုုိ သံုုးမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ GeoHot ရဲ့ blackra1n က iPhone/iPod Touch family အားလံုုးကုုိ မိနစ္၀က္ အတြင္း jailbreak လုုပ္ေပးနိဳင္ပါတယ္။

သေဘာက်စရာ တစ္ခုုက iPhone/iPod ကုုိ DFU mode သြင္းစရာ မလုုိပါဘူး။ iTunes ကေန အရင္ဆံုုး 3.1.2 ျဖစ္ေအာင္ update လုုပ္လိုုက္ပါ။ ျပီးရင္ blackra1n ကုုိ ဖြင့္ျပီး တစ္ခုုတည္းေသာ ခလုုပ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ Make it rain ဆိုုတာကိုု ႏွိပ္လိုုက္ရင္ ရပါျပီ။ Cydia တိုု႔ Icy တိုု႔ကုုိ jailbreak လုုပ္ျပီးရင္ iPod ထဲမွာ blackra1n ဆိုုတာ ေတြ႔ပါမယ္။ အဲဒါကုုိ ဖြင့္ျပီး Cydia ကုုိ ေရြးလိုုက္ပါ။

Blackra1n က Windows အတြက္ေရာ Mac အတြက္ပါ ရွိပါတယ္။

Blackra1n ကုုိ ေရးတဲ့ Geohot ဆိုုတာက Apple ရဲ့ ပထမဆံုုးေသာ iPhone 2G ကုုိ ပထမဆံုုး hardware unlock လုုပ္နိဳင္ခဲ့တဲ့ တကယ့္ ဆရာပါ။

Warning to iPhone Users: iPhone ယူဇာေတြအတြက္ကေတာ့ Dev Team ရဲ့ Pwnage tool ကုုိပဲသံုုးပါလုုိ႔ သတိေပးခ်င္ပါတယ္။ iTunes ကေန တိုုက္ရိုုက္ firmware ကုုိ update လုုပ္ရင္ baseband ပါ update ျဖစ္သြားျပီး yellowsn0w သံုုးလိုု႔ ရမွာ မဟုုတ္ပါဘူး။ Unlock လုုပ္စရာ မလိုုတဲ့ ဖုုန္းေတြကေတာ့ ပူစရာ မရွိပါဘူး။

Apple's MagSafe

In Apple Macbooks, there’s this charger port called “MagSafe”. Its the end of the charger cable that hooks up to the Macbook. What makes MagSafe special is, there is no ordinary pin to be shoved up into the charger port, instead, it is replaced with magnet and tiny pins. Why? To prevent your MacBook falling down from the surface if someone trips the power cable.

And, it really saved my MBP a few days back. I was on duty in college (Student Attachment Program) and we didn’t really had to do anything so me and my friend was just chilling and watching video clips on YouTube. I put my MBP on a pile of emptied A4 paper boxes and was charging. Then, my friend got a call and he suddenly jumped off to attend the call and his leg tripped off the cable. Guess what? only the charger was pulled off but without moving the MBP an inch! . If it were my previous Toshiba laptop, that night would have be the tragedy.

Well, I’m just sharing my story here and I’m pretty sure that a lot of Macbooks were saved by this MagSafe port.

Hello, I'm a Mac

I’ve just bought a new Apple’s Macbook Pro 13″ two weeks ago. Since day one, I’m loving it. Although using Mac OS for the first time after using Windows for several years, it’s pretty confusing but after quite some time, I’m keeping up with it. MBP(Macbook Pro) came together with Apple’s newly released OS, Snow Leopard. It has Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26 Ghz (3MB L3 cache), 2GB DDR3 RAM, 250 GB SATA II HDD and Nvidia GeForce 9400 graphic card. It costs me RM 4,333 in total after the student rebate. I additionally bought a remote control and upgrade the HDD from 160 to 250 since I got the student discount.

Well, I gotta go now. There will be a new category called “Mac” on my blog from now on

ပ်င္းေနလို့ စာေလ်ွာက္ေရးမယ္ စဉ္းစားျပီး ေရးလိုက္တယ္။ တကယ္ေတာ့ အိပ္သင့္ေနတာ ျကာပါျပီ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အိပ္မယ္ လုပ္ခါနီးမွာ MNL က ေဘာလံုးပြဲေတြရဲ့ video highlight ေတြ ေတြ့လို့ download ဆြဲျပီး အျပီျကည့္ေနတာနဲ့ မအိပ္ျဖစ္ေသးဘူး။ Highlight ၄ ခုကို IDM နဲ့ အျပိုင္ဆြဲလိုက္တာ နဲနဲလြန္သြားတယ္ထင္တယ္၊ က်ြန္ေတာှ့ house mate ျကီး router/modem ကို သြားျပီး reboot လုပ္ခ်လိုက္ပါေလေရာ။ ဒါနဲ့ပဲ တစ္ျခား ဆြဲဖို့ ရွိတာေလးေတြ ခဏျငိမ္ေနလိုက္တယ္။ သူအိပ္တဲ့ အခ်ိန္ေလာက္မွ ျပန္စရမယ္။ Call Of Duty 5 နဲ့ GTA 4 ကို ဆြဲေနတာဗ်။ ၂ ေခြေပါင္း 12 GB ေလာက္ေတာ့ ရွိမယ္ထင္တယ္။ အေခြေတြက ထြက္တာ ျကာေနေပမယ့္ အေျခအေန မေပးလို့ မေဆာ့ျဖစ္ခဲ့တာ ခုေတာ့ အခြင့္အေရးေလး ျပန္ရတုန္း ျပန္ေဆာ့မလို့ေလ။

က်ြန္ေတာှနဲ့ online က ေျကာှညာေတြ ကီးမကိုက္ပါဘူး။ PC လို screen အျကီးေတြမွာေတာင္ အင္တာနက္ စာမ်က္နွာေပါှက ေျကာှညာေတြက မ်က္စိေနာက္စရာ သိပ္ေကာင္းေနရင္ iPhone/iPod Touch လို 3.5 အရြယ္ screen ေပါှမွာဆိုရင္ ေျပာစရာကို မလိုေတာ့ပါဘူး။ ေနာက္ျပီး အဲဒီ ေျကာှညာှေတြေျကာင့္ page loading ကလဲပိုျပီး ျကာနိုင္ပါတယ္။ Cydia မွာလဲ ေျကာှညာေတြေျကာင့္ loading လုပ္ရင္ ျကာေနပါတယ္။ Firefox မွာလို ad block plus မရွိေပမယ့္ Cydia ရဲ့ javascript ဖိုင္ကို ဝင္ျပင္ျပီးေတာ့ အဲဒီေျကာှညာေတြကို ဖယ္ထုတ္လိုက္လို့ ရပါတယ္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ iPhone နဲ့ 3G သံုးတဲ့သူေတြ အတြက္ အထူးအသံုးဝင္ပါတယ္။ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုေတာ့ 3G data အတြက္ ေဈးျကီးေပးရလို့ပါ။ ဘယ္လိုလုပ္ရသလဲ ဆိုတာကို ေအာက္မွာ ေရးျပထားပါတယ္။

ကိုယ့္ကြန္ျပူတာမွာ webcam ရွိေပမယ့္ software မရွိလို့ ပံု ရိုးရိုးေလး ရိုက္ခ်င္တာေတာင္ ရိုက္လို့ မရပဲ ျဖစ္ေန သလား? Cameroid လို့ေခါှတဲ့ website ကို သံုးျပီးေတာ့ ပံုေတြကို အျမန္ဆံုး ရိုက္လို့ရပါတယ္။ တစ္ျခား ဘာမွ ထပ္ျပီး install လုပ္စရာ မလိုပါဘူး။ အဲ ဒါေပမယ့္ Flash ရယ္၊ Webcam’s driver နဲ့ အင္တာနက္ ကြန္နက္ရွင္ေတာ့ လိုတာေပါ့။

ပံုမွန္ ပံုအျပင္ တစ္ျခား effects ေတြလဲ ထည့္ျပီးေတာ့ ရိုက္လို့ရတဲ့အတြက္ ေပ်ာှဖို့ေကာင္းပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္စိတ္ျကိုက္ ပံု မရမခ်င္း ရိုက္ေနလို့ရျပီး စိတ္ျကိုက္ျဖစ္ျပီ ဆိုေတာ့မွ စက္ထဲ ကို save လုပ္လိုက္လို့ ရပါတယ္။ ကိုယ့္ပံုကိုလဲ အဲဒီ website က gallery မွာ သြားျပီး share လုပ္ခ်င္ရင္လဲ လုပ္လို့ရပါတယ္။ အခုခ်က္ခ်င္းပဲ စမ္းျကည့္လိုက္ပါ..
