Google Talk Current Music Track Bug Workaround Fix

Winamp ကုိ သံုးျပီး Google Talk မွာ “Show current music track” လို႔ ေရြးလိုက္ရင္ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕စက္ေတြမွာ Google Talk က Crash ျဖစ္သြားတတ္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္အထင္ေတာ့ WinAMP version အျမင့္ေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္တာထင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ iTunes, Windows Media Player ေတြနဲ႔သံုးလဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
သိပ္မၾကာေသးခင္က ကၽြန္ေတာ္ Windows Vista ျပန္တင္ျပီး ေနာက္ပိုင္းမွာ အဲဒီ error က အျမဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အစကေတာ့ Vista ေၾကာင့္လို႔ ထင္ေပမယ့္ XP ေပၚမွာလဲ ျဖစ္တာေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႔ ေလွ်ာက္ရွာၾကည့္ေတာ့ Fix လုပ္တဲ့နည္းကုိ ေတြ႕ပါတယ္။
Fix လုပ္တဲ့နည္းက လြယ္ပါတယ္။
- Notepad ဖြင့္လိုက္ပါ။
- အထဲမွာ ဘာမွမရိုက္ပဲ File > Save As ကုိ ေရြးျပီး File Name မွာ winamp.m3u လို႔ထည့္ျပီး Save as type မွာ “All Files” လို႔ေရြးျပီး save လိုက္ပါ။
- Google Talk နဲ႔ WinAMP ကုိ restart လိုက္ပါ။ ဒါဆိုရင္ Google Talk crash မျဖစ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။
.m3u ဆုိတာက WinAMP ရဲ့ play list file ပါ။ ဘာလို႔ အဲဒီလိုလုပ္ရင္ crash မျဖစ္လဲ ေသခ်ာမသိေပမယ့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္စမ္းၾကည့္တာေတာ့ အဆင္ေျပသြားပါတယ္။

အရင္တုန္းက အစ္ကို blog နားထားတဲ့ အခ်ိန္ထဲ က အစ္ကို႔ blog ကို ဖတ္ျဖစ္ေနတာပါ.. ေမ ၁ ရက္စမယ္ဆိုၿပီး ေတာ္ေတာ္နဲ႔ေပၚမလာေတာ့ မဝင္ျဖစ္ဘူး.. ဒီေန႔မွဝင္ျဖစ္တာပါ ျပန္ေရးျဖစ္လုိ႔ ဝမ္းသာပါတယ္ဗ်ာ.. post ေတြအတြက္လဲ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္… ဒိထက္ပိုၿပီး မွ်ေဝႏိုင္ပါေစ…
ဟုတ္ပါတယ္.. ကၽြန္ေတာ္လဲ ေမ ၁ ရက္မွ စဖို႔ လုပ္ထားခဲ့ေပမယ့္ မေမွ်ာ္မွန္းနိဳင္တဲ့ အခက္အခဲေလးေတြ ေပၚသြားလို႔ပါ

I did as you said. But it still can’t. So I googled. My OS is XP. The way I followed is little different from yours. First, I went to my computer. I went to C:\Program Files\Winamp. And then Tools>Folder Options>View. After that, uncheck the hide files extension for know file types and pressed apply, ok. Right click New> Text document. Rename file as winamp.m3u. Close both winamp and g talk. Now the problem has solved already. They said winamp.m3u is a file included in older winamp version!
